Preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS
Participation in the transformation of financial reporting from national standards to IFRS format
Development of accounting policies in line with IFRS requirements
Analytical review of financial and operational performance
Assisting senior staff in financial consulting projects
Coordination of audit processes within company engagements
Supporting the implementation of IFRS standards in client organizations
Involvement in financial, tax, and corporate consulting assignments
Higher education in finance, accounting, or economics
1–3 years of practical experience with IFRS reporting
Strong knowledge of accounting, financial analysis, and internal control
Proven experience in preparing IFRS reports and/or participating in IFRS implementation projects
Proficient in Excel (data analysis, formulas, modeling)
Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
ACCA, CPA, or CMA certification is a strong advantage
