Ilya has legal expertise of 23 years, including 13-year experience as a patent and trademark attorney in Ukraine.

Illya specializes in crypto-fiat gateways, including an understanding of on-ramp and off-ramp solutions for fiat-to-crypto transactions. He has experience in compliance matters related to fiat-crypto conversion, including AML/KYC requirements. He possesses a deep understanding of regulatory challenges associated with crypto-fiat gateways across different jurisdictions.

He has expertise in tokenization, including the tokenization of real-world assets (RWA) such as real estate, commodities, and financial instruments. He is knowledgeable about smart contract standards for asset-backed tokens and their compliance with securities regulations. He is familiar with secondary markets for tokenized assets, liquidity mechanisms, and interoperability solutions for tokenized assets across different blockchain networks.

Illya also specializes on the enforcement of intellectual property rights, supports projects on registration of trademark certificates for goods and services, industrial designs, inventions and utility models at the national and international level (PCT, Madrid System, Hague System).

Jason Parker is the UK Senior Partner of Parker Russell UK specialising in audit and assurance and is also president and CEO of Parker Russell International, responsible for the management of the Owner-Managed Businesses (OMB) activity within Parker Russell UK and some of the other Parker Russell firms outside the UK where Jason Parker is authorised to undertake statutory audit.

Jason is based in the London office and continues to be actively involved with key clients. Jason is the founding partner of Parker Russell UK and Parker Russell International. He trained with a medium sized firm in the city. He provides commercial, strategic and accounting advice to a portfolio of small and medium sized businesses, larger private companies and enterprises with international connections.

Jason has carried out audits of financial statements prepared under IFRS and UK GAAP, and also has experience of working with a number of financial institution such as bank and investment companies. After graduating with a degree in Accounting and Finance, Lili joined Parker Russell in 2005 as an audit trainee and qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2010.

She manages a diverse portfolio of clients from larger property companies to SMEs and owner-managed businesses and provide them with varied business support. This includes the production of management information, statutory financial reporting, general business advisory, and strategic growth advice. By gaining an in-depth understanding of clients’ businesses, she works alongside them to help them grow, meet their targets, and stimulate them to think beyond the day to day.

Lili is also responsible for the firm’s Asian Division. Working with companies and high net worth individuals that seek to establish operations, invest in, or take up residency in the UK. This involves providing sound cross-border structuring advice in relation to their offshore assets and corporate structures, on issues such as pre-arrival and post-arrival tax planning, domicile advice and estate planning.

Mr. Khan is a Fellow member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB). He is also a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA, UK). Mr. Khan has obtained vast experience as a public accountant in local and international level. Mr. Khan joined as a partner in 2015 as Partner, then he moved to consultancy with own firm EHK Consulting Ltd till he returned to Parker Russell in 2020. Before joining PR, Mr. Khan serves about 25 years in UK in the field of public accountancy.

He is also working as a Partner in Kazi Zahir Khan & Co, Chartered Accountants, an international accountancy and advisory firm whose head office is based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. He qualified with a respected London city firm Levy Cohen & Co, Registered Auditors, where he worked as an audit manager. He also worked in Martin Heller Chartered Accountants as partner designate until he started his own practice. He has dealt with audit assignments for the companies listed in the London, Dhaka, US and Israeli stock exchanges. He was involved in setting up few UK subsidiaries of US and Israeli multinational companies operating in IT software and services industry.

Dealing with wide range of clients from HNW individuals to subsidiary of multinational companies in many different industries including private equity, manufacturing, IT software and services, trading & distribution, constructions and property investment companies, Etc. Before entering into practice, he gained his Master of Commerce (M COM) in management from the University of Dhaka and worked for the largest conglomerate (Bashundhara Group of Companies) in Bangladesh and was promoted to chief accountant for one of the subsidiaries.

His unique blend of experience is readily transferable from one industry to another which placed him in a unique position to advise many different businesses in the UK and Bangladesh. He also has experience of dealing with offshore clients, providing tax planning advise and dealing with their UK and BD tax affairs.
