Audit Manager

Parker Russell invites an Junior Audit Associate to join the team

What You Will Do:

Participate in audit engagements across industries such as agribusiness, technology, real estate, energy, defense, and financial services
Analyze financial statements, test internal controls, work with source documents and accounting data
Prepare and review audit documentation in line with IFRS and Ukrainian GAAP (NPSAS)
Apply analytical thinking to assess transaction logic, identify inconsistencies, and evaluate risks

We Teach Through Practice:

From day one, you’ll be involved in real client projects — learning happens through practice, not theory
Working side-by-side with experienced auditors, you will learn:
- how to organize your tasks within an engagement
- how to make decisions with limited data
- how to develop leadership thinking — even in junior roles
You’ll gain access to internal manuals, checklists, and templates used in our daily work
Every assignment is a new case that helps you understand business fundamentals and process structure

Mentorship Program:

You will be assigned a mentor — a senior auditor or manager
Your mentor will guide you throughout the internship, answer your questions, and explain key professional aspects
You’ll receive regular feedback, understand your growth areas, and see the impact of your work

Career Development:

Upon successful internship completion — official employment as an Audit Associate
Further progression to Senior Auditor, Consultant, or Manager depends on your performance — we create the environment for growth
We support your professional certification journey (ACCA, CIPA, DipIFR)

Who We’re Looking For:

3th–6th year students or recent graduates (Accounting, Audit, Finance, Economics)
With basic knowledge in accounting, audit, and taxation
Analytical thinkers, eager to learn, with high motivation
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
