Drafting legal documents, including contracts, protocols, letters, memoranda, applications, and legal requests
Participating in legal research, particularly within Due Diligence projects across various areas of law (corporate, tax, banking, and finance law)
Supporting client requests under the supervision of senior lawyers: preparing responses, legal opinions, and analytical notes
Analyzing legal frameworks, case law, and official clarifications issued by regulatory authorities
Attending client meetings (together with senior colleagues) and assisting in the preparation of accompanying legal documents
Assisting in the development of internal corporate documents, templates, and policies
Preparing presentations and brief overviews of legislative changes for internal and external use
Providing technical support for contract execution processes: verifying signatories, formatting, scanning, and registration
Law students (3rd–5th year) or graduates from top-tier Ukrainian universities (Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University, Ivan Franko Lviv National University, Odesa Law Academy)
Strong academic record and solid theoretical knowledge of substantive and procedural law
Previous internship or work experience as an in-house legal assistant or lawyer’s trainee (1+ year preferred)
Fluent Ukrainian (written and spoken)
English proficiency — B2 level or higher (ability to draft and review legal documents)
Practical experience in legal research, analysis, and structuring of large volumes of legal information
Analytical thinking and the ability to present complex information clearly and logically
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team
